Welcome to the team
It’s an exciting time at Support for Independence, the team is continuing to develop and grow. On Monday 25th April we were delighted to welcome 5 new Rehabilitation Support Workers and a Rota and Scheduling Manager to the team.
Daniel Lamb has taken the brand new role as the Rota and Scheduling Manager. Daniel’s role at Support for Independence will provide a major source of support for our Clients, the Management and the Rehabilitation Support team ensuring that not only our clients but also our staff are provided with the cover and support they need when they need it.

The team were greeted with an inclusive induction delivered by Karen Molloy, Case Manager, Berni Lomax, Care coordinator and Nate Goodman HR and Recruitment Administrator.
Karen’s induction covered various aspects of the company including; our history, mission, vision and values, our products, and services what we do and what we expect from our people to deliver the possible rehabilitation journey for our clients.
Nate Goodman enjoyed the session and said that “the team were actively engaged and positively feedbacking back. They said felt immediately welcome and were looking forward to being part of the team”.
All the team here are looking forward to working with our new starters and wish them a long and happy career at Support for Independence.
