Emily graduated from Leeds Beckett University in 2019 and currently holds a level five in Social Work.
Computer skills are excellent having demonstrated a sound knowledge of all Microsoft packages.

During her time at University Emily obtained a placement within Children’s Services. Working alongside the adoption services as a student social worker and was responsible for the management of a large caseload, taking part in routine visits, eligibility assessments, capacity assessments, uploading case notes and attending court.
Whilst respecting the thoughts, feelings and wishes of the child, in accordance with the Children Act 1989.
Furthermore, Emily has worked as part of a multi-disciplinary team, to provide packages of care for families who are struggling during and after an adoption order has been processed.
As a student social worker, Emily always conducted herself in a professional manner. This placement has supported her development, taught her the skills needed to work with families who are experiencing difficulties the qualities that enable her to ease those difficulties for the families in which she supports.
