RFI and SFI put some colour into ‘Blue Monday’

What is Blue Monday?

It has been said that ‘Blue Monday’ is the most depressing day of the year, not proven, but some believe that the weather, the Christmas aftermath, debt and failing our New Year’s resolutions all contribute to low motivation levels.

When discussing Blue Monday RFI Managing Director Mark Rybczynski said, “We know our state of mind isn’t dictated to us by a date. It doesn’t matter what day it is; we should always take a moment to reach out to a friend, colleague or help a stranger.

So, if you are popping in please feel free to have a chat with a member of our friendly team, help yourself to some fresh fruit and view the facilities”.
