Lakes Charity Bike Ride for SuperJosh

Joshua Wilson is a local 13 year old from Bury who was diagnosed when he was 3 and a half with a brain stem tumour in 2004. Following complex surgery to try to remove the tumour Josh was left with complex neuromuscular disabilities.

The Bike Ride Challenge in the Lake District in May 2014 is a steep one, 200 miles up and down the hills of the most scenic views in the UK. Starting Saturday, the team will complete their first 100 miles around the Lakes, finishing on the Sunday with another 100 miles home through the Yorkshire countryside back to Bury.
