Senior Rehabilitation Support Worker
About the Role
Due to continued growth and internal promotion we are looking for a full time Senior Rehabilitation Support Worker who can help us continue to provide exceptional services to our bespoke packages across the North of England.
This exciting role will be based from our Bury office, working closely with the care coordinator helping to ensure that a continuity of care is provided to our clients.
We work with clients who have complex conditions including acquired brain injury and we work with multi-disciplinary teams ensuring the best rehabilitation for our clients. You will need to be fully flexible and have experience with personal care and preferably experience of acquired brain injury as you will be working to help cover holidays and sickness as well as working closely with support staff on a day to day basis ensuring quality support is delivered to our clients across the company and by shadowing and checking everyday practice of the team.
Located: Based in Bury but expected to travel across the North of England.
Rate of Pay: £12 per hour
Hours of Work: 35 per week
Your main attributes will be friendly, approachable and have empathy towards your clients treating them with respect and dignity at all times. You will love what you do and be fully motivated to provide exceptional rehabilitation support.
You will need to have a driving licence and be car owner which you will receive mileage for whilst you are working.
Ideally you will have completed NVQ/Diploma level 3 in health & social care or have an equivalent recognised health profession qualification or be working towards this.
Your role will be varied and interesting and will include working evenings and weekends when required.
