Rehabilitation Support Worker
Part Time hours available supporting a young lady with an acquired brain injury in their own home and out in the community. Including taking the client out to do various activities such as Bowling and going to the cinema, expenses and mileage paid whilst out with the client. You will also assist with her Therapy Programmes, set by the team of professionals working with her. This role will be for 20 hours per week which will be 3 shifts during the week and a Saturday or Sunday. Some flexibility will be required.
Located in Heaton, Bradford
Rate of Pay: £10 per hour

Your main attributes will be friendly, approachable and have empathy towards your clients treating them with respect and dignity at all times
You will have a driving licence and be car owner which you will receive mileage for when out with the client. You will have completed NVQ/Diploma level 2 in health & social care or have equivalent recognised health profession qualification or be working towards this.
Your role will be dedicated to working with a young person where you can build up a great relationship and help with supporting her in social & leisure activities and assisting with daily living routines.
