Part Time hours available supporting a gentleman in his own home and out in the community. Your role will be dedicated to working with this gentleman as a rehabilitation assistant where you can build up a great relationship and help with supporting him with his rehabilitation goals. He has a strong interest in football and enjoys films and so to have these interests would be beneficial. The hours will be 15 each week, two week days one being an evening and one weekend day, but flexibility to work in with the clients’ interests would be required.

Your main attributes will be friendly, approachable and have empathy towards your clients treating them with respect and dignity at all times
Ideally you will have a driving licence and be car owner which you will receive mileage for when out with the client. You will have completed NVQ/Diploma level 2 in health & social care or have equivalent recognised health profession qualification or be working towards this.
